Hello, I’m Tim.
Looking for a therapist can feel like a big step, so let me tell you a bit about me and how I work.
I'm a qualified therapist with a background in counselling and Transactional Analysis (which simply means I focus on how we relate to ourselves and others, and how our early experiences shape who we are). More importantly, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly — whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, going through a tough time, or just want to understand yourself better.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in senior leadership roles across the creative and business world. That experience helps me understand the pressures of work, identity, and change — and I bring that insight into the therapy room or to a coaching session when it’s helpful.
My style is warm, down-to-earth, and respectful. I won’t judge or rush you. We'll go at your pace, and I’ll work alongside you to explore what’s going on, find clarity, and support you in making the changes that feel right for you.
I work face to face one day a week in Sevenoaks, Kent and offer online sessions the rest of the time, which means I can be really flexible and fit around your schedule, wherever you’re based.
