Passionate About Empowering Positive Change

I'm a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, and I work with people who want to understand themselves better, feel more in control of their lives, and get support with whatever they’re facing — whether that’s stress, anxiety, big life changes, or something harder to name.

I bring together a background in therapy with many years of leadership in business and creative industries. That combination helps me offer grounded, practical support that takes into account the real pressures of modern life.

What Kind of Therapy Do I Offer?

My main training is in Transactional Analysis, a type of psychotherapy that helps us understand how our early experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others. It’s especially useful for looking at patterns in relationships, self-doubt, and the roles we can get stuck playing in life — often without realising it.

Over time, I’ve also trained in other approaches so I can adapt to the needs of each person I work with:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Helps you notice and shift unhelpful thinking patterns that affect how you feel and behave.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Supports you to handle difficult thoughts and feelings more openly, and focus on what really matters to you.

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): Teaches ways of slowing down, noticing what's happening in the moment, and reducing overwhelm.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): A gentle approach that helps you understand different "parts" of yourself — the anxious parts, the critical parts, the protective parts — and build more self-compassion and inner balance.

You don’t need to know anything about these approaches — I’ll explain anything that’s useful as we go, and we’ll find a way of working together that feels right for you.

Who Do I Work With?

I work with adults from all backgrounds who bring a wide range of experiences and concerns.

Some of the areas I often support people with include:

  • OCD and anxiety disorders

  • Panic attacks and chronic worry

  • Low self-esteem and self-criticism

  • Depression or low mood

  • Burnout and work-related stress

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Grief and loss

  • Identity, purpose, and direction

  • Feeling stuck or overwhelmed

You don’t have to have a diagnosis or a clear label for what you’re going through. If something’s getting in the way of you living the life you want, we can explore it together.

How and Where I Work

I work both online and face to face. I see clients in person one day a week in Sevenoaks, Kent and offer online sessions the rest of the time, which means I can be really flexible and fit around your schedule — wherever you’re based.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, usually weekly, and we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you. Some people come for a short period to work on something specific, others stay longer to explore things more deeply.

How much does it cost?

£100 in person
£70 online

What Next?

If you're considering therapy and want to talk it through, feel free to get in touch. I’m happy to answer any questions or arrange a first session so you can see how it feels.

Therapy can be a place to make sense of things, feel less alone, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. You don’t have to go through it on your own.
